Research on urban village reconstruction problems during the Course of City Construction in China

This paper establishes a games model of the urban village reconstruction during the Course of City Construction in China based on compareing and analyzing existing models. Using the games model and giving an example, it analyzes the reconstruction prosess and various interest reliations. Lastly, it brings forward that ‘goverment dominant, villiger willing, and developer participating’ reconstruction mode. It is currently the best one.
