Results of two types of averaging for distortion product otoacoustic emission measurement

In a previous paper, the potential advantages of synchronous averaging in the measurement of distortion produce otoacoustic emissions were presented. In this work, the authors compare measurements using both methods. The superior signal to noise ratio and improved sensitivity of synchronous averaging is observed in the experiments.
