Efficient Iterative Algorithm with Unknown Reference Phases in Phase Shifting Interferometry

One important issue in phase shifting interferometry is to eliminate or compensate for phase shift errors. Based on this fact, an efficient iterative least-squares algorithm to extract phase distributions from unknown reference phases is proposed. Its' validity and performances have been investigated by numerical simulation.
