The 3-D motion measurement system used in the Austrian-Soviet space-flight

This paper is to introduce a new optoelectronic system for motion-measurement. The position of active markers is recorded by four ID linear CCD image sensors. The system was developed to record head and arm movements. It was successfully employed during the Austrian-Soviet space flight.
