Dynamic Analysis on the Velocity of Particles in Air Dense Medium Fluidized Bed

The separation process is greatly influenced by the velocity of particles in air dense medium fluidized bed. By using modern detection techniques, the velocity of medium particles is detected, and the particle average speed in different positions is analyzed under different air volumes. The hidden velocity information of medium particles is extracted from the monitoring data with dynamic processing and wavelet decomposition. The results show that air volume has a direct effect on the speed of medium particles, and the concentration is related to the location. The results have a guiding significance on researching exercise mismatch of separation process in air dense medium fluidized bed.
