User requirements for online consultation in Cancer Patient Portal

This research studied the usefulness of online consultation, users' time-availability, cost of consultation, criteria for choosing doctor, privacy and trust issues on online consultation. We used questionnaires and interviews to collect the user requirements for the online consultation. Based on the result, we conclude that users are willing to use online consultation in Cancer Patient Portal.
