Dynamic and static distributed algorithms for optimal multi-sensor integration

General integration algorithms for dynamic and static multisensor systems are developed. The static sensor systems are considered as special cases of dynamic ones, and the algorithm for the static systems is developed from the algorithm for the dynamic systems.
