Innovative cultivation and management of cross-disciplinary foreign language talents in export-oriented enterprise in China

This paper aims to establish an effective model of cross-disciplinary foreign language talents cultivation and management in export-oriented enterprises in China. This paper firstly analyses the characteristics of foreign language talents that these enterprises desire and the conflicts between the enterprises' talents demands and the talents supply. Thus, based on analysis, this paper puts forward an innovative and comprehensive three-dimensional model of foreign language talents' cultivation and management for export-oriented enterprises, which involves the co-efforts of institution of higher learning, enterprise and government.
