Effects of spin coating speed on nanostructured Titanium Dioxide thin films properties

Development of Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) as a useful semiconductor material has sparked interest among researchers to study this unique compound. Among the advantages of TiO2 includes wide energy band gap (3.2 eV), chemical inertness, non toxicity, high photocatalytic property and its' abundance in nature. These properties have open ways for the usage of this material in electronic devices application such as Dye Sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC), photocatalytic purifier, and gas sensors.
