An Evaluation Method on Technological Innovation Capability of Software Companies Using AHP and GRA

International competition is becoming increasingly fierce, innovation is a key factor for the survival and development of enterprises. As to software companies based on technological innovation, it's a very important topic that how to evaluate and improve the technological innovation capability. According to the investigation on the characteristics of software companies' technological innovation, we propose an evaluation index system of technology innovation capability and utilize AHP and GRA algorithm to evaluate technology innovation capability. Three categories, innovation input capability, innovation support capability, innovation output capability, which directly affect software enterprises' technology innovation capability, are taken into consideration. A case study was conducted for illustration purpose based on the investigation of software companies using the proposed methods.
