The Core Values of Enterprise Informationization

Based on the theory that Firm's Operational and Managerial Objectives are to pursue profit maximization and improve the operational efficiency, this paper's purpose is to make sure the demand and necessity of enterprise information and clarify the relationship between modern enterprise and Enterprise Informationization, to find the core values of enterprise Informationization in the modern enterprises. Using literature review, confirm that the objectives of the enterprise management and based on this to carry out demand analysis. Study results show that the core of enterprise information is to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises through enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, improving quality and obtaining the benefits, in addition, it play a significant role in the process of Business Process Reengineering(BPR).
