Research on the externality of operational safety in urban underground space

As an important part of the urban space, urban underground space has the characteristics of public space. Its operational safety has obvious externality. Based on the externality, this article analyzed the externalities of operational safety in urban space underground, the causes and the solutions to make a reference for the safety management of urban underground space.
