Development of a MEMS-based thermal stabilization technology

Forced Physics has developed a fundamental technology that can be used for the thermal stabilization of sensors. A proof of concept device uses MEMS structures to produce a molecular beam of air. The molecular beam produces a high heat transfer rate needed for thermal stabilization of sensors and other electronic devices.
