Bid evaluation decision-making based on the uncertain linguistic information

Bid evaluation is a critical activity for a construction project. The bid opportunities are usually evaluated by a bid committee. A method for bid evaluation based on uncertain linguistic information is given. The numerical example of bid evaluation for construction project is presented to show the feasibility and effectiveness of this method. It can offer a new method for the construction project bid evaluation decision.
