A community detection algorithm of email based on separation

In this paper, we propose a solution to detect the weighted and directed communities of email network, based on gradually separate method. Then analysis the structure of communities, determine the community structure, form, the core-persons and division accurately. To find the overlapping communities is another advantage of this method.
