The application of the media materials in public art in the context of the digital age

In this paper, the background of digital age is briefly analysed, and then it illustrates the development of media materials in public art on terms of both traditional and digital age. Afterwards, it future researches the application of media materials in public art through the case study of materials related to imaging, photoelectric, inductive and composite in the context of the digital age.
