Automatic Control System of Steel Bar Production Line Based on PLC Programming

This works mainly introduces the main equipments and control system of bar cooling bed, the implementation, the key control of the system and the common solution to the problem. The system includes PLC, DC drives, AC variable frequency speed control, hydraulic systems, the two-level network: basic automatic level (Genius Bus) and the upper monitor (EtherNet).
