Study on Applying UHPC Material to Shield Segment

Based on the production, construction and application condition and performance requirements of the subway shield segment , this paper designs five different mix proportions of high performance RPC (which is )specific to shield segment. Through the test and analysis of mechanical properties, the paper puts forward mechanics performance parameters of UHPC applied to the shield segment, at the same time, based on durability test of the material, this paper analyzes the durability performance of UHPC applied to the shield segment under complex environment and raises the durability evaluation index.
