Interactive Evaluation of FRP Satisfactory Fishing Vessel Type Using Preference-Weight Genetic Algorithm

This paper indicated an inactive preference-weight method for Genetic Algorithm (GA), which can turn the individual's preference into weight preference in the multi criterion satisfactory optimization. DM can use the preference-weight to rebuild the fitness function, and according to binary relations of sample points based on the information of DM's preference, inactively modifies the evolution direction of GA. The proposed method can avoid using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation or linear weighted evaluation in traditional Economic and technological evaluation for Fishing Vessel Type. A FRP design case is shown that the method is of the effectiveness and availability.
