Local molecular regulating of weakly conducting liquids in the electric field

It has been found experimentally that in weakly conducting liquids there exist the so-called charge clusters, that is, locally regulated microregions involving ionized polar and polarized molecules of the liquid. One cluster can be composed of up to 10**6-10**7 molecules.
