Region homogeneity measure and forth-order model for image enhancement

A new fourth-order model is proposed in this paper. In the new model, region homogeneity measure operator is incorporated into the fourth-order model for image enforcement. We show that the denoising and edge detecting result of this new model for image processing is perfect.
