Upgrading core competence of high-tech enterprises—Constructing techno-knowledge management system mode

Based on two-dimension analysis and feedback analysis, mode of techno-knowledge management system of high-tech enterprises is constructed in this article. Authors conclude and analyze activities of techno-knowledge management, analyze function of techno-knowledge management in improving core competence from dynamic and systemic angle, and put forward the principles which techno-knowledge management system should follow. An effective way to upgrade core competence of high-tech enterprises is offered.
