Research for a Smart IVR in the Housing Fund Management Center

Aiming at the weakness of poor scalability of the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system, this paper presents a smart IVR system. The structure, functions, intelligent algorithms of the IVR system are described in detail. The application gateway that connect the IVR and the business system is very important for the IVR system. The voice files of data demanded are built and played for response through combination of application gateway, TTS (Text to Speech) and IVR server.
