High quality non-linearly compressed cavity-less 40 GHz sub-picosecond pulse source

We demonstrate a high quality pulse source using cavity-less pulse generation with subsequent non-linear compression, generating 40 GHz pulses with a temporal width of 680 fs for generation high-speed OTDM signals up to 640 Gb/s.
