The decision process of venture capital is a process of multi-stage analysis and decision. Based on the investment analysis method of real options, we divide the whole venture capital project into several stages according to sequential decision, then evaluate and access each stage respectively to know the value of the whole venture capital project. This method provides a solution for the evaluation of venture capital.
