Compact CW-sub THz imaging system for non-destructive testing

This paper presents compact CW sub-THz imaging system using terahertz transmitter (Tx) that generating 0.34 THz electromagnetic wave based on electronic device. Using this THz imaging system, we measured transmitting terahertz wave magnitude and phase information of several samples for non destructive test.
