Designing of a Web-based RCS service system

With the development of the information technology, the network offers more and more convenient service to people's life. However, the demand for integrated service is increasingly strong in this service-oriented era. In this paper complicated network communications services are analyzed. And an integrated service standard proposed by GSMA-RCS is introduced. Additionally, a simple Web-based RCS service system is designed in the paper.
