Fuzzy evaluation on design schemes of multi-deployment & locking mechanism for solar wings

Combined with the application background which based on multi-deployment and locking mechanism for solar arrays of spacecraft and according to the design principles of space-borne body, the six design schemes on multi-deployment and locking mechanism for solar arrays are proposed. Based on the principle of Multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, multi-level evaluation system is established. Taking expert opinions as basis, the weight factors which belong to the influencing factors of multi-deployment and locking mechanism for solar arrays are determined by utilizing hierarchical and weights decision analysis method, then two-stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is made on various schemes with a weighted average type operators, the results show that the fixed self-locking and self-balancing two-stage helical multi-deployment and locking mechanism for solar arrays is the optimal design scheme, which provide a basis for follow-up deployment to the multi-deployment and locking mechanism.
