Crisis Communication Issue Discussion with the Prospect of Online Public Opinion

As the Internet's technical characteristics, it allows audiences to give feedback by public sentiment and opinion in the cyber space, the interactive relationship between the public and organization has been promoted to an important position. This paper focuses on crisis communication issues from the perspective of online public opinion, analyzes the new characteristics of online public opinion, and some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for online crisis communication.
