Implementation of EAP Service Management System on Intranet

This paper briefly introduces the current status of EAP service used in the world; analyzes the fundamental functions of management system of an EAP service organization; explains the hierarchical framework of a internal web-based EAP management system. Then, the paper pays more attention on implementation of the system, especially on management of the uses' role and privileges and accomplishment of the bilingual management system by tag library.
