Research on Strategic Risk Based on Resource-Based View: From the Perspective of Competitiveness

Competitiveness is the most important aspect in an enterprise, and it reflects the overall level of an enterprise. Based on resource-based view, this paper points out the competitiveness is composed of three elements, that is, resources, capacity and environment. From the angel of competitiveness, we analyze the formation of strategic risk. In the end, we also provide some methods, such as accumulating the resources and keeping strategic flexibility, to control the strategic risk.
