Risks in the Appraisal of Mortgaged Real Estate

After more than ten years' development, Chinese real estate appraisal agencies have been developing so quickly. Of the total real estate appraisal business, the number of the mortgaged real estate appraisal business is more than half. However, because of all kinds of reasons, real estate appraisal agencies are faced with risks. This study explains the signification and classifications of risks in the appraisal of mortgaged real estate. At last, some proposals are put forward to prevent these risks.
