Tourists' Cognitions to Home Stay Service Management in Taiwan

In the past, setting up home stays in Taiwan was simple to meet the tourists' demand of lodging. Now, in answering the soaring demanding about traveling quality, some home stays begin to provide better and comprehensive services. By applying Factor Analysis, we examine tourists' demands and cognition of satisfaction to home stay service management in various parts of Taiwan. The purpose is to provide knowledge for all, not only in Taiwan, home stay owners a better understanding about the needs of tourists in order to increase their willingness to pay visits again.
