The Research on the Incentive Mechanism on the Professional Managers in the Proxy-Agency Hotels

The hotel industry's demand for the professional manager has become increasingly urgent, making use of professional managers who are conversant with managing knowledge and experience to manage the enterprises meets the needs of the hotel managing model of modern economy. Professional managers have played an extremely important role in the development of the hotels. To incentive professional managers to fully play their managing ability, making higher and higher value for the enterprises simply become the most important focus of the hotels' development.
