Research of the Project Management Method for the Whole Lifecycle of the Ocean Engineering

Management mode of the project lifecycle was established with PLM management theory and modern project management method based on the existing problems and demands of ocean engineering manufacturing companies. The purpose of optimizing the production was achieved through dynamic task assignment, plan management, project schedule control and optimized combination of resources which had laid a foundation for the enterprise to have the capacity of project general contracting management.
