Delay of the wave in a magnetoactive periodic nanostructure dielectric-semiconductor

Development of effective methods of radiation generation is the important problem for a terahertz wave band. In this connection the problem of creation of semiconductor devices with long interaction is actual. The purpose of the work is theoretical research of an opportunity of creation of structure in which own electromagnetic waves can propagate with phase velocities close to the velocity of electron's drift in the semiconductor, i.e. phase velocity of waves should be the order of 10⁷ cm/s.
