Design of the new LNE calculable capacitor

A few years ago, the LNE started a project aiming at determining the von Klitzing constant R_K with a target overall relative uncertainty of 10^-8. This paper describes the mechanical structure of the new Thompson -Lampard capacitor designed for this task.
