Cutting data decision system based on knowledge classification and basic data model

The causes that limit the widespread use of cutting database are done with in the paper. A new cutting knowledge classification method is applied to settle the complex and changeable expression of cutting operation objects. The basic data model is put forward to share public data with other system based on the cutting data sharing platform. The platform is built that provide model tools to support the model define and system architecture. The prototype system was developed and used in several manufacture enterprise.
