A study on capital flow services in a single production cycle

For most small and medium sized manufacturers in China, capital shortage is a long standing issue. In order to solve this problem, nowadays, many traditional financial institutions and logistic companies have start to provide different kinds of capital flow services. In this paper, we briefly discuss the three major capital flow services in a single production cycle, which according to the capital shortage that a manufacturer could meet during the production cycle. The optimal decisions of capital flow service mode, lending amount and purchasing quantity of the manufacturer have been mainly analyzed in the paper. The result has shown that the manufacturer can improve its profit by the effective capital flow services.
