A probe into the development process of enterprises e-learning courseware

This paper introduces the definition, features and developing groups of E-learning firstly, probing into the general developing process, including front-end analysis, design, development, test and evaluation. And then the paper proposes a specific developing case. Finally, this paper raises some issues that shall be noticed in the developing process.
