The stability of a new Lü chaotic system with a sort of parameters

Implusive stabilzation for control and synchronization of chaotic systems can be applied in secure communication. Lü's chaotic system is founded by Lü and chen in 2002 and its synchronization control theory can be the kernel technology in Lü's chaos-based secure communication. In this paper we propose a scheme's synchronization of Lü's chaotic system with a special oscillating parameters under the impulsive control. We proved that two systems with a special oscillating parameters can get synchronized. The chaos-based secure communication system with high secure level can be designed based on this scheme.
