Dynamic Assessment of PFI Project Implementation Process

SPC is the actual implementer of PFI project. To assessment the implementation process of PFI project by phase and real time can become forceful tool of SPC to realize the project well. From the prospect of SPC, the text has set up the system of index assessment and put forward an arithmetic and assessment model based on the fuzzy Petri net.
