The method of the expert recommendation based on the improved algorithm of the g-index and the AHP method

This paper integrates the uses of the improved g-index algorithm and the analytic hierarchy process method and raises the new method for the selection of assessors in the database, as well as the delineation of the fields and the comparisons of the experts in a particular area. This method considers the experts in published papers, books, and other factors involved in the project, the evaluation of experts not only contains a number of expert papers and project evaluation, but also the values of the qualities in order to enhance the objectivities and the impartialities of recommended process for the experts. The evaluation of the paper uses the improved g-index method, while the project evaluation uses the analytic hierarchy process method through the comparisons of any two factors. Finally we synthesize the two aspects to give the evaluation of the experts. After the building of method for experts' recommendation, we increase the efficiency of the evaluation process for experts and raise the instructional suggestion for the evaluation of the staff.
