Improvements in three-terminal thermoconverter technique

Summary form only given, as follows.A progress in three-terminal thermoconverter (TTTC) sensor and corresponding power measurement technique is described. Thermal and electrical models of sensor microsystems were developed to optimise construction and minimise residual parameters affecting power conversion accuracy.
