Basing on analyzing the present situation and problems of the river navigation management information, the paper has designed the overall scheme on the river navigation management information, which including the basic principles, general goal and overall framework, etc. Then, it has taken the Huai'an segment of the Grand Canal for example to validate the scheme. Finally, it has put forward the guarantee suggestion to implement the overall scheme.
