10:1 ratio transformer for capacitance measurement

A 10:1 ratio transformer has been fabricated as a part of key elements to re-establish the capacitance standard at ETL. From the results of the calibrations, the offset from the nominal 10:1 ratio of our transformer has been obtained as 1.6/spl times/10/sup -8/ for inphase and 8.15/spl times/10/sup -7/ for quadrature with the reproducibility of the order of 10/sup -9/.
