Research on the New Hydraulic Impactor Control System

This paper advances a new type of hydraulic impactor based on analyzing the working principle of existing hydraulic impactor at home and abroad, establishes a new type of hydraulic impactor control system of mathematical models and simulation models, and researches on the new hydraulic impactor control system's computer simulation. Establishes hydraulic impactor experimental systems and do large number of experiments. Through theoretical analysis and practices it proves the correctness of a new type of hydraulic impactor working principle. And reveals that parameters influence hydraulic impactor's performance of the work situation, such as the system working pressure, system flow, the size of shock-flow valve's throttle hole, the return spring stiffness of hock-flow valve, the quality of shock-flow valve spool, inflation pressure of accumulator, in order to provide a reference to readers.
