Research on Reporting and Collecting Information System of Discarded Resources Based on TAPI

Though the number of our country's discarded resources has been increasing year by year, the information channel and reclaiming system of these discarded resources have not built up perfectly. So it has resulted in a great deal of waste and has polluted the environment around us. This paper looks back the approaches of collecting discarded resources abroad and analyzes the present situation of our country's collecting and recycling discarded resources. Then, it presents an information-collecting scheme of discarded resources through PSTN and TAPI.
