Applying object-oriented analysis and design in SDH network management system

Optical fiber SDH transmission network is under fast developing in China, network management is its key technology, unlike the traditional approach, ITU-T had published a series of recommendations, using the object oriented techniques, this paper analysis its main issue and introduce a real application.
