Approaches to optical transport systems efficiency increasing

The conceptions and approaches of optical transport networks development optimization were reviewed and analyzed in this paper. A choice of the appropriate network development and stream's management conceptions, strategies was related with common network technical and economical indexes. New approaches for optical networks topological properties application are described.
